Amberjack Fishing RV Resorts
There are three different species of amberjack fish, all living in the Atlantic ocean. The greater amberjacks are the largest of the species, reaching weights of around 40 pounds, and they can be found swimming among debris, wrecks, and rocky reefs. Lesser amberjacks are smaller than the greater amberjacks, weighing around 10 pounds, and can be found swimming deep in the water, deeper than the greater amberjacks. The second smallest amberjack, known as the banded rudderfish, are commonly fished and are usually over 10 inches long.
